(It seems I’ve fallen into old habits again; I had to sweep away cobwebs to click on “Add New Post.” I’ve got a lot of stuff to write about in the coming weeks, so hopefully you don’t decide to abandon me by then.)
We (meaning my sister, her husband, and I) have always noticed Bypass Burger when we drive around BF Parañaque looking for a place to dine in. We never really considered eating there, until I saw pictures of seemingly glorious food while checking my Instagram, at which point I convinced them to give it a shot last night.

Another day, another invite from Zomato Philippines to try out a new restaurant. This time it’s a bar called Pablo’s Pub & Restaurant, and to be honest, I almost didn’t go. Sometimes I feel like I’m too old for places like this, but with a menu promising that it’s more than just a place where poor judgement is born of good alcohol and bad company, I headed for The Forum at Bonifacio Global City.

Whenever I see a branch of The Burger Project, it’s usually full of customers so that got me curious about how good the burgers are. When the family recently got together, we finally got the chance to try it for ourselves, heading for the Tomas Morato store since our first choice (the Maginhawa branch) was already full.

The first time I ate at Shine Bakery and Cafe was on a whim. My comrades for the day (my mom, my sister and her husband) and I didn’t go there because we read some review or saw in on a “top ten” list.
